Job Description

  • Review tender documents, analyze client requirements, and formulate winning bid strategies with internal teams.
  • Lead the complete tendering lifecycle from sourcing opportunities and preparing cost calculations to final submission.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, procurement, and finance departments to align deliverables and schedules.
  • Evaluate legal, technical, and financial risks to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and tender criteria.
  • Handle client clarifications, track bid progress, and perform win/loss analyses for future improvements.
  •  Identify and monitor new tender opportunities.
  • Ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Build relationships with government agencies, consultants, and key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and support post-award handover.
  • Maintain a database of tenders, clients, and competitors.
  • Track tender performance and prepare business development reports.
