Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while optimizing costs and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
Manage procurement budgets, contracts, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans across the supply chain.
Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement & Supply Chain team.
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or professional certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
Strategic leadership and decision-making.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership and people management skills.
Financial and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
