Job Description for IT Assistant

1. Day-to-Day Helpdesk support, Monitor and maintain computers and network Infrastructure system such as firewalls, server, IT related devices.
2. Provide technical assistance to staffs as needed, Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels. Manage network security, including firewalls and XDR system.
4. Check and maintain M365, M365 Admin Center, website, ERP system and Social Media platform.
5. Maintain and keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT & AI Technologies.

Job Requirements for IT Assistant

1. Any graduate with a Diploma in IT or Certification.
2. Minium of three years’ experience of related background.
3. Good experience in Windows, Networking and Firewall administration, related IoTs devices maintenance and technical support. Experience with hardware and system network, including conferencing applications and Audio/Video equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 & understanding on ERP system.
4. Understanding on website and good knowledge on social media platform.
5. Ability to work multi-task as well in IT unit by complying the company procedure.
6. Good problem-solving and communication skills and self-motivated with a positive attitude & Strong work ethic and good relation in team work.
