  • Execute the detailed business development process and procedure, including inquiry, negotiation, and implementation, for new and existing products or projects within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as shareholders, stakeholders, suppliers, sales teams, finance departments, distributors, customers, and retailers, to ensure the successful implementation of products or projects.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely import shipments and inventory availability.
  • Provide input and report to the line manager for project updates and progress reports.
  • Oversee and coordinate with the production team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and refine weekly, monthly, and annual production plans in alignment with the team’s objectives.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly stock and inventory reports and take necessary actions for the development of a further production plan.
  • Manage and coordinate with the production team to ensure that they meet the team’s goals and objectives.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans that have been aligned with the team’s goals.
  • Assist with day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including proposal development and execution.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational achievements and analyze the performance of distributors, dealers, and direct sales teams on the concerned channel and business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage special and ad-hoc projects.
  • Analyze consumer complaints regarding product quality, identify root causes, and recommend audit initiatives for the distribution system to prevent product damage at front-line outlets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of competitors’ activities, movements, and strategies. Prepare and submit reports and plans (Real-Time Monitoring) for designated channels, territories, and products.
  • Monitor the sales performance of the operation team and develop necessary proposals (Sales and Marketing) to align with the business unit’s goals and budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of any degrees (Prefer for Business management and Marketing)
  • Minimum 3-year experiences in the same positions with FMCG / Livestock industry
  • Business development and management skills
  • Good communication and negotiating skills, People management skills
  • Good command in English
  • Good command in MS Office
