The Strategy & Business Transformation team plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s long-term direction, enabling transformation, and driving sustainable growth. The team acts as the strategic engine of the company – translating vision into actionable plans, fostering cross-functional alignment, and accelerating digital and customer-centric initiatives.
Support strategy development by conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer insights (including existing, lapsed, and prospects)
Assist in company-level analysis (e.g. SWOT) to identify improvement opportunities and strategic risks.
Contribute to design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with company vision and priorities.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop department strategies, transformation roadmaps and project plans.
Support end-to-end review and enhancement of the customer and sales journeys to improve experience and growth.
Assist in evaluating and executing digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Monitor project progress, manage issues and risks, and report updates to senior management.
Track KPIS and prepare dashboards for strategic initiatives and performance reviews.
Contribute to business growth efforts by supporting customer acquisition, retention and cross-functional collaboration.
Assist in change management and communication planning for enterprise initiatives.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Insurance, Statistics, Data science or other related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to synthesize complexity into actionable insights.
Fluent in English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in strategy, transformation, project management, digital initiatives and customer/sales journey transformations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
High integrity, credibility, and alignment with the company’s core values.
A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Results-oriented with strong initiative, resilience, and a bias for action.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
Proficiency in management reporting tools, particularly Power BI, Excel, or similar BI platforms.
Familiarity with data structures, databases (e.g., SQL), and an understanding of how data flows across business functions.
Experience designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and performance scorecards for business leaders is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
