Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target of the assigned regions by generating proper demand for the products in the market.

Visit all important doctors/customers of the regions with the objective of searching more scope for development of prescription and sales.

Ensure the quality and quantity exposure status of the team members and accordingly conduct corrective measures.

Coordinate and monitor daily call report, daily work plan, trip plan, expense bills etc. of own & team members of respective regions assuring the needful and maximum outcome of the work.

Plan & design different proposals for the region regarding new base, market, target re-arrangement and other issues and recommend those to the reporting authority.

Coordinate with distribution department for stock management to assure in time and cost-effective delivery of goods in respective regions.

Organize scientific symposium/webinar/CME/RTDs etc. in the assigned regions on a regular basis.

Maintain healthy relationship with different doctors’ societies and other professional bodies to keep favorable business environment for the company.

Any graduate; candidates with an MBA are preferred

3~5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products

Able to support product launches and promotional planning

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM systems and MS Office
