To ensure smooth, secure, and efficient day-to-day operations of all VAS offerings through diligent monitoring, issue resolution, and compliance with established procedures.

Product Research & Analysis

• Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in existing VAS products.
• Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to generate actionable product insights.
• Benchmark KBZ’s offerings against local and regional fintech or MFS platforms.

Product Documentation & Requirement Support

• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), product briefs, and workflow maps for new initiatives.
• Support the Manager and Business Solutions Head in defining clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business needs are properly translated into system specifications.

Pilot & Product Rollout Support

• Assist in organizing pilot programs for new or enhanced VAS products and document key findings.
• Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and report improvement areas.
• Coordinate testing schedules, UAT sessions, and defect tracking with relevant departments.

Reporting & Data Insights

• Prepare periodic research and performance reports to track adoption, customer usage, and partner engagement.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and analytical summaries.
• Identify data-driven opportunities for increasing product penetration and user retention.

Innovation & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with UX/UI, technology, and marketing teams to develop customer-friendly VAS interfaces.
• Contribute new product ideas and digital engagement models aligned with business growth goals.
• Stay informed of global fintech innovations and suggest relevant applications for KBZ’s ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in product research, fintech/banking analysis, or digital service development.
• Market and competitor analysis, documentation, UX/process mapping, coordination with tech and design teams, reporting and presentation skills.
