The role holder will responsible in using both traditional and non-traditional resource and create a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. And the role holder will also involve in related recruiting events and activities. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

  • Execute recruitment strategies aligned with Business Unit and Functional workforce plans, supporting the Bank’s overall strategy and commitment to nationwide financial inclusion.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective, market-relevant recruitment solutions for the banking sector.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient end to end process.
  • Source qualified candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide regular updates HR Business to Hiring Managers on hiring progress, talent availability, and labor market insights.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding role requirements, organizational culture, and company values.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and banking industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR and Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding, and workforce solutions beyond core hiring activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred from related Human Resources Management)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
  • Good communication skill both verbal and written.
