The Senior Business Solution Specialist (Digital Banking) plays a key role in analysing business requirements, designing digital banking solutions, and
ensuring seamless integration with IT systems. This role involves leading requirement gathering, preparing process documentation, and supporting the
development and enhancement of digital banking products. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute UAT, troubleshoot issues,
and optimize user experiences. Additionally, they provide guidance to junior team members, oversee project implementation, and contribute to the strategic
growth of digital banking initiatives.
• Analyse and map business requirements by collaborating with business and IT teams to develop and enhance Digital Banking products and solutions.
• Lead end-to-end user experience design, identify market trends, and drive feature development from concept to launch across digital channels.
• Prepare and document Process Flow Diagrams, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital banking products.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing test case creation, execution of test scenarios, reviewing test results, and preparing user guides.
• Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve digital banking system issues efficiently.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of expectations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed of key developments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards for all digital banking initiatives.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
