An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategic plans for Hana
  • Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the Hana’s ongoing strategy.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing analytical expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to better align strategic decisions within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gain detailed insights and provide clear and helpful strategies and initiatives to senior management team for the decision making
  • Supporting senior management team to develop policies, procedures, strategies, and plans to ensure that business objectives are achieved
  • Examine industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to current business practices
  • Analyzing the financial statements to ensure that business goals are met efficiently and effectively
  • Presenting findings, preparing reports and recommended actions
  • Review overall organizational development strategies including governance
  • Manage and support the yearly goals of the executive, leadership team to achieve Hana goal

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economics or another related field. Candidate with Master Degree are highly preferred.
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skill.
  • Proven understanding about financial statements and financial modelling.
  • Proficient in both Myanmar and English (4 skills).
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
