  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective flow of information.
  • Maintain daily BAU operation of the business (reconciliation, settlement, issues & dispute resolution, etc…)
  • Ensure all the customer issues are resolved on time
  • Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail
  • Prepare Operation SOP & User manuals documentations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 1-4 years’ experience in Customer service or Consumer operation
  • Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and call center tools is a plus
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
