Job Description

The role holder is responsible to assist customers to complete account opening, Audit Confirmation service, banking statement checking services, lending, trade finance remittance transaction etc with alignment with Branches and Trade Finance & FR teams, and VC administrations etc. .

  • Opening /closing/changing authorized signer for all corporate accounts and relevant client accounts 
  • Receive Request Letter from the Auditors of our Corporate Customers
  • Verify the Customer’s Information
  • Check the authorization Letter signed by the customer, before the KBZ bank issue such confirmation letter to the requesting auditor
  • Liaise with the Branch where the accounts are opened to produce such certificates.
  • Send the bank Confirmation Letter to the Auditors
  • Providing details information to customer
  • i-Banking account opening
  • Providing user ID pin-mailer and OTP device to customer after registration process
  • Operation demonstration process (if the customers needed)
  • Error solving (if we can ,if not coordinate with relevant department)
  • VC administrations etc.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Management, Economics, computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in business analysis capacity.
  • Expertise in business analysis and data management tools.
  • Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Willing to work long working hours, depending on operational needs.
