Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Field inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as necessary through the call center operations system
  • Answer customer inquires and provide necessary information and solutions
  • Listen to customers voice and leave the records
  • Execute database operations such as change of subscriber’s information, etc.
  • Other duties as may be assigned time to time by the Company
  • Work pertaining to Joint Operation activities in accordance with the Joint Operation Agreement

  • Must have knowledge how to answer the calls to get customer satisfaction on every call
  • Bachelor Degree
  • English Basic
  • Good Communication skill
  • Good Tone of voice
  • Good in typing and multitasking (Unicode and Zawgyi)
  • Non-experienced is acceptable
