We Are Hiring Call Center Leader!

  • 5BB Broadband တွင် customer များ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအခက်အခဲများကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ပြီး စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့်မားသော Call Center Department အတွက် customer supporter များကို ရန်ကုန်၊ မန္တလေး၊ နေပြည်တော် မြို့များအတွက် ခေါ်ယူနေပါပြီ။
  • Performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT ) များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး Ticketing System (Zendesk, Freshdesk) များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးခေါ်ယူသွားမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံပေါ်မူတည်၍ Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Senior Executive ရာထူးများဖြင့် Customer Supporter များစွာကို ခေါ်ယူသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

  • အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (or) အထက်တန်း တတ်ရောက်ဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer service ပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နဲ့အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Inbound (or) outbound  (or) နှစ်မျိုးလုံးတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
