Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare & submit financial statements in time & ensure timely closing of accounts; Manage & oversee the entire accounting team
  • Implementation & maintaining of accounting policies & procedures to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Verify systems and processes, finaancial responsibilies in place & make changes whenever necessary
  • Supervise & allocate the work of the section to ensure that all tasks are completed with presccribed timescales
  • Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills & knowledge up to date
  • Prepare & submit error -free daily reports
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
  • Direction & controlling
  • Day-to-day operations
  •  Ground taking of inventory
  • maintaining accountas receivable/ payable , document bills and supporting documentation
  • Prepared and submit error-free daily reports
  • Prepare/supervise & review the month-end closing vouchers & accounts ensuring all jouranal vouchers are passed;
  • Detect & address potential compliance issues proacively
  • Esure the company is adequatel protected from a financial perspective;
  • Implement the recommendations by both the internal and external audits of the follow-ups and corrections of the weak points raised

Job Requirements

  •  B.Com ( specially),B.Act., (or) Any Graduate with  LCCI III , ACCA , CPA
  • Must have 5 years experiences in relevant positions.
  •  Good communication skills, problem solving skill and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for coordinating software implementation
  • Ad Hoc duties as required by senior management
