• Liaise with Auditors ensuring all accounting system and documentation is in compliance.
• Lead in Hospital-wide budget exercise.
• To check the daily income and expenses vouchers with accounting software.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation, check for payment transactions, etc.
• Manage cash flow and budgets.
• Maintain the Centre in a cost-effective manner.
• Check daily posting of cash receivables and cash payable in ledgers.
• Provide accrual of expenses on monthly basis.
• Monitor financial performance on monthly basis.
• Examine the accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports.
• Generate full-year and half-year financial and accounting reports.
• Attend and participate in regular departmental activities, meetings and/or reports.
• Work with Human Resources in manpower planning and salary checking with HR.
• Ad hoc test from CEO, CFO with the approval of chairman and BOD
• Perform annual staff appraisals for any direct reports.
• Prepare Monthly consolidated P&L by 10th of every month.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports by 15th of every month.
• Review contracts, services and invoices to respective customers in time.
• To conduct 6th monthly and yearly audit followed by stock adjustment
• To manage fixed asset and prepare depreciation/amortization calculation.
• To perform the special assignment from head office.
