  • Oversee all internal audit functions across factories and business units.
  • Establish annual audit plans and ensure adherence to internal audit standards.
  • Assess production, inventory, procurement, costing.
  • Identify operational risks, control gaps, and non-compliance issues.
  • Perform detailed audits to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen processes.
  • Conduct fraud checks and review abnormal or suspicious activities.
  • Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support management in strengthening governance and risk management.
  • Guide, mentor, and manage the audit team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years audit experience, including manufacturing audit exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit standards.
  • Experience in production, inventory, costing, and procurement audits.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple audits.
  • Able to travel to factories when required.
