  • Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
  • Devises plans for each phase of the project.
  • Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
  • supervises the installation of the equipment or the constructing process of a project
  • Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
  • Proposing and advising designs and budgets.
  • Delegating tasks as necessary to engineering team
  • Performing quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness on all systems.
  • Evaluates the costs within a specific time frame.
  • Recruits engineering staff.
  • Analyzing data and drafting reports for review.
  • Resolving dispute between team members.
  • Chief engineers play an integral role in the overall success of a project.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and more prefer Master degree.
  • Age between 30 to 50 years.
  • Well experienced in Steel Structure.
  • A sound understanding of engineering principles
  • Wider knowledge of construction sector by projects.
  • At least already have 10 yrs experience in engineering level of construction sector
  • Able to travel to another region if needed.
  • Full working proficiency in the English Language.
