  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance MCB's brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product penetration in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the bank's digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, and social media campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators and data analytics tools to make informed decisions.
  • Budget management to ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the banking or financial industry, with at least [5] years in a managerial position.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
