This position leads the company’s marketing and digital growth strategy to increase student enrollment, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement. This role focuses heavily on digital transformation — using data-driven marketing, automation, and online channels to attract and convert prospective students.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen the organization’s brand identity across digital and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends, student behavior, and digital insights to shape marketing strategy.
  • Oversee all paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage lead funnels — from awareness to enrollment — using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Set and monitor KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • Supervise website performance, SEO, and content optimization for visibility and engagement.
  • Guide the content and creative team to produce impactful digital content — blogs, videos, and student success stories.
  • Build a strong education brand image across digital platforms.
  • Manage online reputation through reviews, testimonials, and social listening.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM reports) to track and report on marketing performance.
  • Present monthly and quarterly marketing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the digital and creative marketing team.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with admissions/sales teams to align marketing leads with conversion goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the education sector or service industries.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English
