We are looking for a strong, decisive and performance-driven leader to take responsibility for day-to-day operations and lead our teams towards operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who can execute strategies, maintain discipline, manage unit heads, and ensure sustainable growth.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Group-Wide Leadership

  • Lead operational execution across Mobile Care, X and MAS business units

  • Manage and guide all department heads

  • Ensure alignment to company direction and strategic targets

Operational Management

  • Translate company goals into execution plans

  • Establish performance KPIs for each business team

  • Ensure visibility of daily, weekly and monthly operations

People & Culture Leadership

  • Enforce discipline, accountability, and company policies

  • Strengthen teamwork and improve internal culture

  • Manage conflicts professionally

Performance Improvement

  • Develop strategies to increase activation rates, dealer satisfaction, and customer experience

  • Improve operational processes, workflows, and service SOPs

  • Build measurable reporting systems

Execution Excellence

  • Ensure work plans are executed on time

  • Monitor cost efficiency and profitability

  • Make timely decisions for operational matters

Job Requirements

✔ Minimum 7 years working experience in operations or management
✔ Background in telecom, mobile retail, financing, insurance, or service industries preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication ability
✔ Must be structured, organized, disciplined
✔ Experience in managing teams with accountability
✔ Ability to handle pressure and make independent decisions
