  • KYC and responsible for Account Opening, data entry in system
  • Customer services for answering the phone and walk-in for investment knowledge, product details, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Update customers' information in system
  • Record Cash withdrawal
  • Data Entry in Share transfer for Internal transfer
  • Data Entry in Special Transfer.
  • NETT Share transfer in and out with other Securities houses.
  • Key in a block trade
  • Solve for a password reset, a locked account, a pin error, and other related things.
  • Letter for dividends, share confirmations, government bonds, and bills.
  • Constraint accounts for Visa expiration, Suspended account, and insider data.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Knowledge of securities trading, investment products, and financial services preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in banking, securities, or financial services operations.

  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling phone calls, walk-in clients, and inquiries.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
