✦ Liaise and coordinate with government departments and private clients for business opportunities related to road and bridge construction projects✦ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders✦ Collect market intelligence and project-related information from government sources and tender opportunities✦ Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, company profiles, and project proposals to clients✦ Collaborate with internal departments to support bid preparation, document submission, and follow-ups✦ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase company visibility and project acquisition

Job Requirements
✦ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field)✦ Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations in the infrastructure or construction sector (road & bridge experience preferred)✦ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with government officials and clients✦ Proficent in English – both spoken and written✦ Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)✦ Ability to work independently and travel locally when required✦ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
