Translate daily communication between Chinese supervisors and local employees.

Interpret during production meetings, safety briefings, and technical discussions.

Translate technical documents, SOPs, machine manuals, and quality control reports related to rubber manufacturing.

Assist Chinese management with administrative communication and coordination tasks.

Ensure accuracy and clarity when translating technical terms and instructions.

Maintain confidentiality of internal documents and communication.

May require overtime or weekend support during peak production or urgent projects.

Close coordination with Chinese experts, production team, and factory management.

Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

Experience as a translator in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.

Ability to understand technical terms used in production and machinery.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced factory setting.

Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to work on-site in the factory.

Experience in rubber production, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries.

Knowledge of MS Office and documentation skills.
