An Excellent Opportunity for an Assistant Civil Engineer
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Assistant Civil Engineer to support our Solar Production Projects and Building Construction Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in site supervision, construction planning, quality control, and project coordination to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
Provide technical support during construction and participate in site inspections and site walkthroughs.
Review and verify site drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, site records, and other documentation for management.
Participate in project planning, site inspections, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
Measure and verify completed work quantities performed by subcontractors.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Road & Bridge Engineering, or a related discipline.
A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field will be an advantage.Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership, teamwork, decision-making, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
Capable of handling sensitive issues professionally and effectively.
Willing to relocate to project sites as assigned.
