Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage the overall Civil Engineering Department and operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate Site Engineering, QS, Drafting and Project Coordination teams.
  • Plan, monitor and control multiple civil construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and effective problem-solving for site and engineering issues.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Review project plans, BOQs, drawings, specifications and technical documents.
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures, standards and best practices.
  • Lead, coach and develop engineering team members to achieve departmental and project objectives.
  • Prepare regular project and departmental reports for Management / BODs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering / Construction, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in site execution, project management and technical coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of QS, BOQ, estimation, costing, drawings and construction processes.
  • Excellent people management, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in managing Senior Engineers and supporting project teams is highly preferred.
