Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Lead and manage the Civil Engineering Department
• Oversee civil engineering projects from planning to completion
• Manage project budget, cost, timeline & quality
• Review technical designs, BOQ, estimation and project documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external Department Heads and department team members
• Ensure projects meet required technical standards, safety and quality
• Prepare and present project updates, performance reports and key issues to BODs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience, with strong senior/leadership experience
• Proven experience in Project Management & Team Leadership
• Strong knowledge of Construction/Project Execution, BOQ, Estimation & Cost Control
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle both technical responsibilities and departmental management
• Candidates with Department Head / Project Manager / Senior Engineer experience are highly preferred
