Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Review and Checking Internal Budget for Operation Costs. (If Construction Method is changed, Re-estimate the Internal Budget according to operation plan & schedule.)
Begin responsibility for invitation with subcontractors that analysis and selection processes. (Such as call quotation, appropriate Prices Negotiations and among other)
Checking the quotation of scope of works, quality and price summation.
Review and prepare quotations’ prices, quality comparison report to management.
Prepare the draft of contract and taking approve from management.
Negotiations with contractors for dispute resolutions according to contingency.
Analysis the budget costs and rates of materials according to reports of relevant teams and Q.S.
Distribution the results of analysis to Project Director and relevant department
Inspection the statement of claim submitted by the contractor, including the rates used shall be in the accordance to the contract rates.
Issues the recommendation to Finance Manager for the payment.
Making adjustment by variation amount multiplying the provisional quantities by the unit rates priced by contractor and adding the amount from multiplying the actual quantities by the same unit rates priced by the contractor.(E.g. piling Work)
Final inspection that mechanical duty and work done with machinery budget.
Issue the materials quantity to purchase manager.
Checking price and quantity from purchasing of job requisition. (Such as proposal price)
Ensure the responsibility to inspection the payments (Materials quantity, Rate, Other, Daily Labor, Labor Contract, and Machinery from relevant department).
Inspection the store issue of materials according to work scope.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required ME Civil /BE Engineering Civil and advance diploma in quantity surveying.
At least (5) years of experience in Infrastructure Projects and road and bridge construction.
Good communications skills (oral and written)
Independent to lead local team and provide relevant advice. Ability to lead, plan and manage projects effectively at the same time.
Experience with Infrastructure Projects and road and bridge construction.
Ability for travel and to traverse job sites.
Good knowledge in Microsoft office software’s, project management, etc;
Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
Good price negotiation skill with vendors and subcontractors.
Negotiating and team-working skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site.
