Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide guidance on suitable chemical cleaning items to be used for cleaning services.
  • Manage duty shift for Housekeeping Staff
  • Manage in providing Daily Room Service, Fresh linen supply, Soiled linen collected, and Laundry Service to Wards.
  • Supervise in HKP workflows on a daily basic.
  • Preparing for duty roster of HKP Staffs.
  • Supervise in HKP staff welfare matter such as taking leave and sign approval for staff timesheet.
  • Control the linen damage list, preparing linen damage list, making renew and repair with tailor process.
  • Control Linen stock, PR for Linen stocks, issue to wards for linen.
  • Control the YCDC waste garbage truck general waste and infection waste charges
  • Get involved in Afternoon Brief Meetings
  • Solve any upcoming occurrence issue from patients in Wards together with Wards HOD

Job Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of the chemical cleaning items that must be used when carrying out cleaning.

  • Must have a related bachelor’s degree holder
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Must have good attitude and interpersonal skill
  • Have good communication, organizing, negotiation, problem solving skills
  • Good Communication in English Language
  • Skillful in the use of 365 Microsoft Office Packages
  • Must be able to work under pressure
