Direct Role

  • Manage and coordinate all operational activities and technical teams across Myanmar.
  • Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all business locations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by participating in key meetings with CRM Team and resolving operational concerns across Myanmar.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CRM, QA, HR, Admin, Training, Scheduling, M&E, Store and Inventory teams in operational related matters.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of major operational projects across Myanmar.
  • Visit all bases at least once/annum.

Overseeing role

  • Oversee Operations-Office Team with respect to all matters relating to staff accommodation, personnel movement and transfers.

Technical & Professional Competencies
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
•    Knowledge of operational management, workplace health and safety standards and relevant industry regulations is an advantage. 
Work Requirements
•    Willingness to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours and be on call when required.
•    Able and willing to travel throughout Myanmar as required.
