Position Purpose / Context 

- To execute the national cold drink strategy and carry out all allied activities in successful execution of the plan.

- To monitor CDE Process (Deploy/Pullout/Service/Maintenance) with Third Parties and sales team.

- To drive the verification of coolers to manage the asset base of coolers.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage the asset base of coolers and fountains by maintaining an effective tracking system for Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) and ensuring accountability for every asset throughout its lifecycle. 
• Monitor CDE placements, repair and preventive maintenance activities, and the uploading and approval of assets in the Cooler Tracking System to drive asset productivity.  Manage outsourced service providers for CDE deployment, pull-out, and maintenance execution, ensuring timely service delivery. Monitor weekly performance reports and KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to verify CDE inventory, warehouse management, investigate repair and refurbishment processes, and ensure proper asset management.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of cooler components to assess repair requirements, validate spare parts, and evaluate proposed maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to verify the completion and quality of CDE deployments, pull-outs, and service execution at customer outlets.
• Ensure effective utilization of the Cooler Tracking System and oversee call center operations to ensure customer issues and service requests are responded to promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop business plans and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for the Cold Drink Equipment portfolio.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• 6-8 years of experience
• Travel required
• Having a background from Warehouse environment and Field Marketing Service
• Proficiency in both local and English language
