We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings with relevant authorities.
  • Draft, review, and file necessary returns and reports (e.g., annual returns, board resolutions, contracts, loan agreements).
  • Monitor changes in corporate legislation and advise the Board accordingly.
  • Organize, prepare, and circulate agendas, board papers, and minutes for board and HODs meetings.
  • Ensure decisions made by the Board are communicated and implemented.
  • Shareholder Relations
  • Arrange BOD meetings
  • Always update all companies registered at the DICA.
  • Manage communication with shareholders and handle share-related matters (e.g., dividends, share transfers, AGM notices).
  • Coordinate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other shareholder meetings.
  • Advisory Role
  • Safeguard company records and important legal documents.
  • Oversee corporate policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional qualification in Company Secretarial Practice or Corporate Governance preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of company law, securities regulations, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
