Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Driving local implementation of corporate compliance policies, programs and projects for all department.
  • To review and approve the requests in the system from compliance perspective.
  • Monitoring the daily activities with HCPs (Healthcare professional) in compliance perspective.
  • Prepare the compliance materials (e.g. presentation slides, reports, manuals, etc.)
  • Proceed periodically compliance training collaborate with global compliance.
  • Respond to basic compliance queries on policies, procedures and processes by internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on timely report submission and follow-through on required actions to facilitate issues resolution

Job Requirements

  • Graduated a bachelor’s degree.
  • Multinational company (healthcare business) experience preferred.
  • Field force experience is an advantage.
  • Certified compliance professional is a plus.
  • Proficient in English or Japanese (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and listening)
  • Strong communication skills, influencing skill and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to develop effective internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence change.
