Th Consulting Manager is responsible for leading overall business operations, driving growth, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality immigration services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the achievement of the Company’s overall business KPI and sales closures
* Assist and advise Group CEO and Regional Consulting Director on growing and strengthening our presence in AIMS Yangon
* Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to address performance gaps
* Implement financial controls with the finance team and monitor strict adherence to finance policy
* Build, lead and motivate a team of high-performing immigration consultants to deliver KPIs consistently
* Ensure efficient, effective, and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources
* Maintain operational efficiency by adhering to policies and SOP
* Adherence to service quality standards of the company and ensuring full compliance in the team
* Work alongside immigration consultants in providing consultancy services to address existing and potential clients’ interest in immigration visas, including establishing the suitability of potential clients' eligibility and offering appropriate visa solutions
* Diligent and timely follow-up on call efforts of all leads distributed to immigration consultants
* Prepare action plans and schedules to formalize and monitor sales and sales activity targets
* Work closely with the marketing team to establish, build and maintain our brand awareness and brand identity on digital marketing channels
* Strategize with the marketing team on the marketing budget for leads generation campaigns across all our marketing platforms
* Develop and implement coaching and training agenda for sales and marketing teams
