Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up for policy renewals, premium collection, endorsements, and other client requirements.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting, Survey, Claims, Finance, Policy Administration, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth policy processing.
  • Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, target achievement, and business performance reports.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, underwriting guidelines, internal controls, and applicable insurance regulations.
  • Arrange client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business discussions to understand customers' insurance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in General Insurance, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of General Insurance products, particularly Commercial/Corporate Lines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
