Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and recover overdue and defaulted loan cases.
  • Calculate default interest, penalties, and outstanding loan amounts.
  • Set up and monitor customer payment plans.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls and bank notice letters.
  • Monitor and update the status of loan recovery cases.
  • Conduct customer discussions and collateral site visits when required.
  • Prepare daily loan recovery reports and recovery lists.
  • Report recovery progress and outstanding cases to the Senior Officer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in credit collection or loan processing.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

  • Good knowledge of collateral valuation and credit risk management.

  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with various departments.
