Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Administer, monitor, and maintain the company's CRM system.
  2. Support CRM users across departments and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  3. Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  4. Conduct user training and onboarding for new CRM users.
  5. Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and usage analysis for management.
  6. Coordinate with business units to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.
  7. Work with IT, vendors, and department heads on CRM enhancement projects.
  8. Monitor CRM adoption and propose initiatives to improve utilization.
  9. Document CRM processes, user guides, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Experience with Odoo CRM is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Basic reporting and dashboard development skills.
