The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for proactively contacting existing customers within the company's database to strengthen customer relationships, re-engage inactive customers, and arrange face-to-face or virtual appointments with assigned Financial Advisors and Insurance Agents from the Partnership and Agency channels. The role serves as a key link between customers and the sales force, ensuring customers receive ongoing service support and financial consultation.

  • Make outbound calls to existing and inactive customers to maintain communication and provide basic assistance.
  • Arrange appointments between customers and Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents through face-to-face, telephone, or virtual meetings.
  • Build good relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional support.
  • Understand customers' basic inquiries or needs and refer them to the appropriate Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent.
  • Update customer contact information and other basic records in the company system.
  • Record customer feedback, questions, or requests and share them with the relevant team for follow-up.
  • Make reminder calls to customers before scheduled appointments to confirm their availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer calls, appointment status, and daily activities.
  • Support customer engagement and follow-up activities assigned by the supervisor.
  • Perform assigned administrative and office support tasks related to customer service operations.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer communications.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Any relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Insurance Sales, or related field.
  • Experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, or Customer Engagement activities is preferred.
  • Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or customer retention activities will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and managing customer interactions professionally.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
