To develop, implement, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with the company’s values, policies, and community needs. The role ensures positive social impact, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective CSR program execution.

  • Develop and implement CSR programs in line with company objectives and CSR policies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise community engagement activities (e.g. education support, health programs, social welfare initiatives).
  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct social risk assessments related to CSR activities and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Organize and supervise employee volunteering programs and internal CSR awareness activities.
  • Monitor CSR project implementation, timelines, and budgets to ensure effectiveness.
  • Prepare CSR activity reports, documentation, and presentations for management review.
  • Support public communication of CSR activities (events, announcements, basic disclosures).
  • Ensure CSR activities comply with relevant social responsibility guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, Admin, Communications) to support CSR initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development roles.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and social impact assessment.
