Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Drive & Deliver to monthly target for both store

  • Manage lease contract of existing tenant both permanent and Temporary lease

  • Approach new temporary tenants to gain additional income

  • Manage plaza event activities

  • Verify monthly lease income from space & signage, & do summary report compare to target

  • Co-ordinate with store GA and support tenant for shop fit-in / signage installation

  • Initiate partnership promotion with tenant to drive more traffic to plaza

  • Prepare quotation, and required documents for leasing process end-to-end

  • Support for overall plaza operational function

Job Requirements

  • Any degree graduate

  • 1 or 2 years in related background 

  • Proficient in English language & Burmese
  • Good interpersonal skill, out going
  • Coordination skill
  • Fair – good computer skill ( Ms. Office)
  • Quick leaner
