Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and manage daily customer service operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, Viber, Facebook Messenger, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, service issues, and customer feedback effectively.
  • Follow up customer orders, delivery schedules, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Operation Manager in customer communication, promotions, and service-related follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure smooth service and timely completion.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report customer concerns or market-related information to management.
  • Guide and support customer service staff to maintain service standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
