Job Description

Gallery Sales & Customer Engagement

· Provide professional consultations to walk-in clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors in the gallery.

· Deliver detailed information regarding product specifications, unique features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

Gallery Display & Visual Merchandising

· Support the upkeep of showroom layouts, including active displays, structural signage, product highlights, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.

· Conduct thorough cross-checks of product tags, listed prices, promotion parameters, and brand alignment across the gallery floor before public release.

Showroom Events & Activity Support

· Assist in organizing and executing showroom-specific events, exhibitions, product launches, and targeted customer engagement activities.

· Prepare setup materials, construct structural product displays, manage guest invitations, and compile performance summaries post-event.

· Provide on-the-ground operational support during live gallery functions, trade exhibitions, or public relations events.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Communication, or a closely related field.

· Prefer Chinese speaking

· At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury showroom hosting, customer relations, or high-end account coordination.

· Strong competency in customer relationship management and showroom sales coordination.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and proactive customer follow-up skills

· Excellent interpersonal and professional corporate communication skills.

· Positive attitude, high adaptability to luxury market shifts, and a genuine willingness to learn.

· Able to collaborate smoothly across different internal departments (Marketing, Warehouse, Admin) and external client partners.

· Possesses a practical, execution-oriented mindset capable of converting gallery foot traffic into concrete sales numbers.
