  • Contact regular customers via telephone, email ,viber and make Processing sales orders.
  • Generating invoices and Receipts
  • Customer records and updating databases.
  • To ensure that customers are always satisfied by learning about the company's products, being knowledgeable, and answering their questions.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Contact branch offices via telephone, email and viber
  • Managing & Delivering necessary business supplies to branch offices via bus station when needed.
  • Filing and scanning relevant documents.
  • Check and Manage Daily Email and various letters , provide administrative support to management and other departments related to
  • Ensure smooth day to day office operations

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated with good Communication, Planning and Reporting skills.  Must be free from educational issues.
  • Can use computer (Microsoft Word,  Excel, Email & Internet) both English & Myanmar typing.
  • Must be able to enter sales invoices correctly.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must understand and be able to handle office documents.
