-Cooperating with Deploy Team, Business Team and Management Team
-Categorizing the complaints and assigning to related team
-Using and Testing the providing services (eg: subnetting, instance, firewall, SNAT/DNAT, backup, etc...)
-Resolving basic issues from customer complaints
-Record, summarize and make presentation for complaint history
-Monitoring the service status, ticket portal and alerts
-Reporting Daily Ticket, Customer Information and Service Information
