Customer Care Planning Manager at a Leading Telecommunication Company in Yangon

• Obtain the customer feedback and complaints, inquiry and monitor the service trends
• Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Other Allowances

About the Company

Our client offers satisfying telecom services and products to all the customers across the country.

The Role

● Collect data of customer’s complaints and inquiry as well as FAQs
● Take actions on planning and monitor the services trends
● Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure all customer care

● Customer Service Experience in telecom industry

● BA degree holder

● Business English is a must
