ရန်ကင်း၊ Yangonတွင်ရှိသော Full Time Customer Care Representative (FMCG) (သို့မဟုတ် အချက်အလက်ရေးသွင်းသူ) ရာထူး 1 နေရာစာအတွက် အထူးအခွင့်အရေး၊ လုပ်သက် - ၁ နှစ် နှင့် Monthly လစာကောင်းကောင်းပေးမည်။

  • Customer complaints များကို အမြန်ဆုံးနှင့်မှန်ကန်သောနည်းလမ်းများဖြင့်ဖြေရှင်းပေးရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ချမှတ်ထားသော (SOPs) များအတိုင်းလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့်အတူတကွပူးတွဲဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • DKSH sales Representative နှင့် customer များစီမှရရှိသော အော်ဒါများကိုစစ်ဆေးပြီးချမှတ်ထားသော(SOPs)များအတိုင်းလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး မှန်ကန်တိကျသော Invoice များကိုသတ်မှတ်အချိန်အတွင်းထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Pending order and reject order များအားနေ့စဉ်စစ်ဆေးပေးရမည်။

  • အထက်တန်းအောင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁)နှစ်နှင့် (၂)နှစ်ကြားရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Execl ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
  • Customer service လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
