On behalf of our Client, a logistics provider. We are looking for a: Customer Experience Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improves overall customer service experience by efficiently implementing processes
  • Takes ownership of the day-to-day CX operations management
  • Develops and implements service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Keeps accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyzes statistics and compiles accurate reports
  • Ensures team members and achievement towards KPIs and monitors their development progress
  • Carries out any ad hoc assignments given by management

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any major subject plus MBA or related diploma
  • At least (6) years’ experience in related field
  • Having working experience of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Having awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Able to think strategically and to lead and customer service orientation
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Be able to travel as business trips
