Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or graduates in any degree.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Flexibility and initiative
  • Experience working with challenging customers, Able to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills
  • Understand the specific needs and requests of customers, the nature of their product and storage and handling needs
  • Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions and get along with co-workers without exhibiting extremes behavioral.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Accurate typing and data entry skills
