Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This position will be responsible for the achievement of customer experience at DLEC for all Dai-ichi Life customers, business partners and internal cross functional teams.

 

  • Welcome the customers at DLEC and attend to their requirements for information or insurance services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer matters associated with Operations.
  • Fully understand the customer’s requirements, and align with respective Operations team.
  • Ensure timely response and satisfactory resolution of matters requiring the support, particularly from Operations.
  • Coordinate with other Departments, as necessary, to ensure total resolution of the issues.
  • Continually improve the customer experience by gathering feedback from partner(s) and customers, and gauge their satisfaction level.  Strive for ‘Omotenashi’ service standards.
  • Assist customers and agents in submitting insurance application, policy alteration, premium collection and claim forms.
  • Understand the company’s insurance policies and products and be able to explain to customers.
  • Manage administrative tasks at DLEC.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as Customer Service with minimum 5 years’ experience in Insurance, Sales or other related background.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent communication skills in both English and Myanmar
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions with customer-centricity mindset.
  • Strong in people skills (interpersonal relationship), communication skill, pro-busines.
  • A fast learner and able to work with cross functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and digital gadgets.
