An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage different channels for customer service and sales, including phone, Facebook messenger, Viber, and email
  • Follow up with incoming sales transactions
  • Make sure that customer queries are met with high service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow SOPs, guidelines, and scripts
  • Coordinate with different teams - merchandising, marketing, logistics
  • Report to the management on a regular basis
