Job Purpose
-Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Lead the planning and implementation of projects to develop tenders and bids for future work for the Company.
-Supervise the tendering process and collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
-Acts as liaison between oversea partners and Government office.
-Develop full scale project plans
-Manage project budget.
-Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
-Plan and schedule project timelines.
-Project evaluations and assessment of results.
-Constantly monitor on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities.
-Report on progress of the projects to BODs.
Other tasks as assigned by BODs.

Job Requirements

-Skills on Marketing, Leadership, time management, budgeting, planning and organizing, decision-making, influencing and leading, delegation, negotiation , team work, conflict management, stress tolerance.
-Bachelor's Degree with qualification in project management or equivalent.
-Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
-Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management.
-Minimum ten years working experience in Project and tendering field.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-(Both oral and written skills in Myanmar and English Languages)
-Good computer knowledge.
-Age Between 35 to 45 years.
